Placing an order
Our publications can be ordered directly from us:
Private customers*
- Send an E-mail to Info@vdhbooks.com with the indication of your first name, name, complete delivery address, phone number and e-mail address. Please mention the quantity of books you wish to order per title.
- We will confirm your order by e-mail. In this communication we will provide you an order number, as well as the total cost of your order, shipping and packaging costs included.
- This amount has to be transferred on the account number FORTIS 001-3765350-80. Don’t forget to mention your first name, name and order number.
- Your order will reach the delivery address within 10 working days after your payment.
Professional customers *
- Provide us the entirely filled in Order form by means of postal mail (to VdH|books – Rue Auguste Lambiottestraat 79 – B-1030 Brussels Belgium), e-mail (to Info@vdhbooks.com) or fax (to +32 2 245 76 92).
- We will confirm your order by e-mail. In this communication we will provide you an order number, as well as the total cost of your order, shipping and packaging costs included. The discount you enjoy (for example bookshop discount: 1-5 copies: 35%, as from 6 copies: 40%) will also be communicated.
- Your order will reach the delivery address within 10 working days after our order confirmation.
- Your purchase is invoiced – an invoice with a term of payment of 15 days will be added to your provided order.
Our publications can also be ordered or bought directly in the bookshop, by means of the ISBN number.
* Please note that each order placed at VdH|books nv is considered as an acceptance by the customer (always understood as the person that places the order) of the Terms and Conditions of Sale of VdH|books nv which are as a whole part of the agreement.
